RESULTS

P-type 300 µm thick, 1 cm x1 cm ministrip detector, pitch 80 µm, n-in-p capacitivelly coupled, polysilicon biased, p-sprayed detectors have been designed by Liverpool and produced by Micron Semiconductor, sent to us by Gianluigi Casse
